RESET is a structured workforce, life-readiness, and housing-readiness program designed to prepare participants for employment, accountability, and successful transition toward stable housing. The program operates with expectations similar to a workplace and shared living environment. Participants are expected to demonstrate punctuality, respectful communication, appropriate conduct, personal responsibility, participation, and follow-through. Participation is voluntary, conditional, and performance-based. Completion does not guarantee housing placement, but successful participation may support a referral recommendation for transitional living when eligibility criteria are met.
